Buy the one branded by ge as in general electric. Second cable i order form amazon, neither worked, they are so flimsy. A complete piece of garbage.

One person says that if his sound source is plugged into power this is noisy but its not when his source is running on battery

If you are running a cheap usb charger especially in an automotive situation the power is noisy and you are not suffering from lack of shielding but from noisy power
