Pros

The chenille pad works as a great scrubber too. I love the washable reusable feature as we love saving money. Pad is machine washable.

The only concern is if you have deep grout in your tile, you may have to apply extra pressure to get the soft bristles in there for a real good clean. Cleans a large area quickly with little effort. Best product for cleaning hardsirface floors.

After washing the mop, i let it dry naturally, as i don't know if tossing it in the dryer would do anything adverse. Never had a mop so thorough and so easy to use. The mop handle swivels so that i can mop hard to reach or narrow spaces.

Cons

Starmop mopping mop broke after 14 months of infrequent use. The handle is flimsy. The mop head is too large to fit in a normal bucket.

Customer service is horrible. It is way over priced for the quality. Very disappointed. Returning it today.
