Pros

Flavor, packaging and value are all good-great minus the second shipment issue. I'm not sure if this is the most ‘raw’ that i’ve seen but it is pretty yummy! Surprisingly the honey taste pretty good and the large 5 lb container remained intact.

For allergy sufferers, it's important to buy local honey to help alleviate symptoms. I wish these could be a little less pricey to buy more frequently. It's even great for the skin.

Cons

Texture is too smooth, too close to a creamy liquid rather than a true solid. It soaks up far more of the baking soda than it should, dissolving it in a way that never happens - leaving no scrubbing effect at all. It's too creamy. Strong flavored hone... Read More

It looks like cheaper pasteurized honey which is not what i paid for. The company is also not forthright about their product. There are much better local honey's now.
