Pros & Cons

Pros

This is so much nicer than others i have ordered! Zero problems with seller or product.

The unit i needed, to match up to the existing rack, has the shorter gradual sconce cuts that are sturdier and less likely to break off. Each layer is pinned. I used 1 x 1 l brackets to attach the 1 by and the wine rack.

The 12 tier rack holds 144 bottles of my favorite reds. Holds magnums on the top shelf. The rack is sturdy.

Light wood which was sanded quite smooth. Is wood, so there’s always going to be that wayward drilled hole or wood plug that needs tweeking. Stellar wooden design for major budget price.

Cons

The wine rack is good looking but mine does not hold 72 bottles because of broken piece. The wood is to flexible for the weight of the bottles. The shelves don't have a big enough gap to accomodate standard-size wine bottles.

The listing describes the wood as pine, but it feels more like balsa to me. Are any of your execs using this rack to store their $200 wines?

This is very easy to assemble and very sturdy i love it

Easy to assemble sturdy enough on it’s own at the bottles and it is solid

The assembly was tedious rack was not steadyand wood was so fragile that 2 years later the rack collapsed when we tried to move it

You can stack as many as you want or break it down to longer rows if you don’t want to stack high

Very happy with the product especially for the price i would recommend

12 years ago i bought a wine rack for more than i paid for this…

I was skeptical about this one because it was inexpensive

Packaging/appearance

We stained it and it is absolutely gorgeous

I always have wine bottles in boxes in crates and in our wine cooler

Out of the box put together and loaded up all in 20 minutes

Packaging was great and lots of extra dowels were included in case any don’t fit well

Competitiveness

Consider the wine rack is less than 1 wide which means the higher you go the more likely it is to tip over especially with chil...  Read More

A few very gentle taps with a rubber mallet seats the dowel pins and joints you dont have to pound on it with the mallet and do not use a hammer
