Pros
This product works better than ibuprofen for me. I am someone who has fibromyalgia and irritable bowl syndrome-in my opinion this product helps manage both health issues! It works to my liking and it’s has me feeling better when i take 3 a day!
Mixing the curcumin with oil inside the capsule makes it super bioavailable. The pepperine in the capsules makes it much more potent. It is oil soluble, so the combination is readably used by the body.
Increasing the curcumin from 1gr per day to 2 gr per day solved the problem. This company is trusted. Quite thankful for this product.
Cons
Got extremely painful gastrointestinal side effects. Never got the freebie that was promised with my purchase.
