Pros

Curcumin and pepperine in the capsule make it much more potent. Works well with hot tea and iced tea. Works better than ibuprofen for me.

Cons

What a disappointment. Will not buy again. This is also a reason never to subscribe to anything without first seeing if it works" - evolution slimming.

The pill casings are so thick that i discovered that they pass through my digestive system whole. All i get is massive diarrhea and gut cramps from these. Just felt like poop after using this product.

Just milk powder, few mg of turmeric and ginger and few herbs in totally insignificant quantities but costs over $1 per scoop. This one is pretty bland and clumps up when stirring. Tasted and smelled like dirty socks.
