Pros

It's very comfortable and prevents me from clenching my teeth at night. This works great for nighttime teeth grinding.

Mouth guards are thick enough to do the job, without being overly clunky once fitted. They suction on a little bit since it also covers the roof of your mouth.

Cons

It has to be cut before molding which is problematic since it shrinks in molding. It's too big, too tight, and saliva still leaks i to the tray making me drool in my sleep.
