I simple swallow them quickly with a big glass of juice and this is one of those companies that places a very large hard to remove sticker over information that is important to read

Companies that grow and market spirulina have claimed it to be a significant source of b12 on the basis of alternative unpublished assays although their claims are not accepted by independent scientific organizations
