Pros

Soyajoy g5 automatically cooks the milk at the required temperature (eliminating the problem of boiling on the stovetop, boiling over, and constant watching of the pot) the okara (soy bean pulp) can be used for other recipes and there's no waste (bonu...  Read More

Easy to clean and operate-just follow the cleaning instruction. It's quite a bit hard to wash the blaze but it doesn't matter much. Cleanup isn't all beer and skittles, either.

It functions splendidly. Babies love it. This makes soups to. Guzzle it. What a good 20-year commemorative model.

This machine grinds the beans finer. It works wonderfully for soy milk with soaked beans.

One-yr warranty is just great. I'm hopeful that it lasts.

Cons

No matter how careful to dispense the soy milk, there will always be some milk flowing to the container outside wall from the * designed, round up pouring spout. The machine works for about 2 months and starts to have malfunction.

To make it creamier and a bit sweeter i also add some oats old fashioned but use any kind and white rice and sometimes i add some unsweetened coconut or a few raw cashews or almonds to that dry mix

I just keep a jar of my dry additives mixed and ready and sometimes i prepare freezer containers of presoaked frozen beans

I use about one rounded measure of soaked soybeans about 13 cup and two or three rounded tablespoons about 14 cup of the oatrice mix for my uses id rather have it the soymilk thicker you can always add a bit of water

I also usually strain it a second time with a finer nylon strainer that i use for making tofu and greek yogurt that helps flavor as well as texture
