Pros
The recommended dosage is one pill, twice daily to equal the recommended daily allowance. I have to take a high daily dose of magnesium for migraine prevention, but that can mean diarrhea depending on the dose and type of magnesium taken.
My jaw clenching is better but not gone. It is good for his heart and prevents constipation.
The bottle is easy to open. These pills are rather large but still manageable. They are pretty big pills but he has no trouble swallowing them.
