Pros

The taste isn't great, but it's tolerable enough to my kids. They drink water immediately after i spray them so the taste doesn't really linger. They much prefer the spray over a chewable or something that lingers in the mouth longer.

The only brand that consistently delivers, promoting relaxation and restful sleep. My son has adhd and some sensory tendencies making it difficult for him to relax at night.

Cons

This stuff is awful. Second, the taste is *. Fake orange flavor. This stuff tastes absolutely terrible and doesn't work at all.

A bit expensive it feels but better than booze and still cheaper than it too.

I tried another brand of liquid melatonin and it is not working like this one.

The other brand [now] with just melatonin does not do that.

I took the same amount of each, but this formula has added b6 and maybe the melatonin just works better.
