In the past when ct scans of my sinuses were needed it was explained to me that i could wait to find out if my insurance would pay for it and come back another day or go ahead and pay x amount if insurance didnt cover it

I appreciated being told an exact dollar amount and the fact that they even took the time to let me know insurance might not cover it
