Pros

Almost any mail fits in this box. Large enough to old most of the packages i get via usps, saving my mail carrier from having to walk up to my house all of the time. Allows me to send documents in large envelopes without having to bend or crease them....  Read More

The yellow mail-receipt flag is ingenious. From what i remember examining it when it arrived and snapping the notification flag on, even if the flags get pulled off, i expect i'll be able to snap them right back on again.

The plastic feels quite durable, and it's stayed dry during some pretty wet weather. It looks better due to the fact it doesn't corrode, dent and rust.

Damaged mailboxes have to be replaced, costing the owner time, money and inconvenience. I know my mailman likes it.

This mailbox installs easily on most 4x4 mailbox posts without the need for a separate mounting base. My prior mailbox had been haphazardly * to. The not-so-cheap mounting bracket that is needed underneath is what prompted an identical replacement.

Cons

The name 'roughneck' is deceptive advertising to say the least. How * hard is it to attach the bolts on both sides you lazy buggers? Neither comes with instructions or screws.
