The xs fit my 14 week chihuahua perfect. My only issue with it is that the metal rings where you attach the leash are a bit thick and sturdy.
The clasp and velcro are good secure features so he doesn't get out. They are extremely easy to put on and takeoff as she does not wear it all day.
He tries to chew it sometimes when i am putting it on but so far the vest has held up. He seems to be very comfortable, and it's adorable!
Cons
The clip is about the size of 1/2 my puppy's ears. My teacup is only 2. Lbs and that fat black snap buckle is way to much for her.

My only issue with it is that the metal rings where you attach the leash are a bit thick and sturdy which is good but it wouldnt fit my preferred leash because the eyelet on the leash was too small
