Pros
Highly - and lowly - recommended purchase. Not a bad buy for a first-timer. It's pricey compared to some cheap ones, but i have dealt with those and they are awful.
A nice surprise is how quickly it heats the water.
It has good settings for adjustment of angles and suits everyone who has tried it.
This one works as advertised. The directions are good and i had it working like a charm within 30 minutes. The product is good with these caveats.
Cons
It actually works very well, but about 2 years in the nozzle stopped retracting correctly. Now the spray is very weak. The nozzle pours water after usage and i have to turn off the water to make it stop leaking. The design is terrible.

Make sure you dont use chemicals to clean the seat

Having it on high heat with the seat up is going to make the seat work extra hard to get hot and it discolors the plastic

Also theres a sticker on the inside of the lid thats quite ugly but if you take it off the warranty is void
