They dont stay stuck to the shoe at all and sliding your fit in pulls them off where it then sticks to your foot

They just wouldnt stay in place even though the sticky backing seemed adhesive enough at first

If you are wearing your normal shoe size and put these in they definitely make your shoes feel a lot tighter which isnt really a good thing
