Since i don't like soft mattress it really is pain in my neck to find one that could be sturdy and firmly like this one. It is firm and pretty supportive. Not too soft, not too hard, my husband and i love this mattress.

All you had to do was cut the tape that was holding it together and then cut open the airtight packaging that flattened the bed

The fact that it comes shrunk compressed to a pancake thickness and folded in half also concerned me that the springs would be stress fatigued
