The plastic hinge is doesnt seem like it will break any time soon but be sure that its closed all around the cap because it doesnt just snap the entire cap closed for you kind of like an icecream bin lid

These containers are terrific because not only are they easyopen if youre careful to snap the lids back on right theyre never going to open accidentally and spill out into your purse or whatever

It would be even better if they were available in different sizes and colors toss in a couple blank stickon labels and it would be perfect
