Skratch is the best hydration/electrolyte replacement drink on the market. The flavors are great (raspberry, orange and pineapple are my faves). Lemon-lime and orange are the flavors for me.

Skratch hydration mix is a new staple in my triathlon hydration. It does the job and i recover quicker with skratch.

The drink replenishes the electrolytes that you lose through sweat. I use this stuff for running and cycling and the difference is incredible. It's a little more flavorful than water.

I needed a low carb, low sugar exercise drink if i hoped to control diabetes. They provide low calories and you will have to compensate on the saddle with gel, fruit or solid food.

It gets two starts because its way better then gatorade and that junk, no doubt. They have other styles with more sodium that is supposed to hydrate better, but i have a feeling it will taste worse.
