With the centre pole fully extended the camera can move a little if you are leaning against the camera or otherwise applying some deliberate force

Although my mirrorless micro four thirds kit is very lightweight i think these legs would easily support an apsc dslr with a hefty lens or a fullframe dslr with a 70200 f2

A lot of lightweight tripods come as a set and often the head is really useless
