I just pulled this wet water sensor away from my washing machine which leaked and caused a large growing puddle but the simplisafe alarm didnt go off

Fortunately i had another water sensor from another system right next to it that notified me of the leak and i was able to get back to my condo to stop the leak before it became too serious

Im confident that any water on the ground by my washing machine will now trigger it

So you can just lay the item under your sink or behind your washing machine without even taping it to the wall

I tested the item by syncing it to my simplisafe and then ran water over it
