Pros
Farberware electric percolator. I am very reluctant to leave my stove unattended. I love that it has a three prong outlet so if i need to plug anything else into it, i won't be limited to appliances with only a two prong plug.

I find this very helpful for using a uv-c light to sterilize areas. I use it on an electric heater in the bathroom which used to run for hours. Used for a led light using for light therapy, definately lived up to expectations.

It works as described but started melting internally. It was apparently broken.

I use this timer with a space heater to ensure it only runs as long as i need it to, and to make sure i never forget to shut it off.
Two pushes will run pump for 5 minutes, which is perfect time to get water to my shower.
Worked great for about two weeks then started working inconsistently.
Yep, the first one, used every day, just died after 9 years.

I tried 8 different chargers with no phone connected they all drew 0 watts my meter actually showed 0

As soon as the battery reached 100 the power draw dropped to 1

So leaving the phone on the charger longer doesn’t waste power or overcharge the battery

In fact all phones made in the last decade or two have built in circuitry to prevent overcharging

Some like recent iphones also have settings that let you finetune this by either preventing the battery from ever charging over 80 to keep it from wearing out for as long as possible or only charging over 80 just before you need it aka optimized battery charging
