Pros
These are high quality and very durable. Received at discount price for honest opinion. My only complaint is that these are very large on my mall hand.
The gloves are great. Nice to have heat resistant gloves instead of mitts. I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone.
Non-slip, heat resistant and dishwasher safe. You won't get burnt with these. No more worry transferring my pots from stove top to counter.
Heat resistant, but a bit bulky. Easy to clean. Like washing your hands.
Cons
Great for the first three years. But they really stick to your hands and so not the easiest to get off. The gloves are big and hard to make a grip.

If you want to protect your hands when getting things out of the oven or out on the grill i would suggest a silicone barbecue gloves

I put my hand on a 400 degree oven rack it never burned

The gloves do get warm if you hold a hot item for a longer period of time but never hot enough to burn
