Ive been addicted to brazilian cheese bread for a while mini muffins made of an egg batter with tapioca flour and cheese but hated making them because the batter would stick no matter how much the pan was pregreased

They notified me when the pan shipped wanted to know if id received it when i received it had i been able to use it and if so how did it perform

The cookies didnt brown on the bottom they way you might expect them to on a sheet pan

I did the twist and bend test and it did not show any whiteness in the fold supposed to be a test of no fillers
