The tongs came in a bag not a box so the little triangles on the bottom to keep the tongs from touching the counter were broken on one side of each one

I did my usual checking through the reviews before i purchased this set of tongs

I would have given them a five star rating instead of four because the feet on the side that are supposed to keep the claws off the counter both for sanitary reasons and to keep the counter or stovetop cleaner and they do not work at all

There are lots of this type available but not all have the foot rest feature
