There are much more expensive and some higher quality mics out there but this one is tired and true and best for using out and about
All my feedback problems are history and the quality of the sound is much better for vocals
The quality of your voice is so much better with this one

The shure sm58 is an old faithful

Unlike at2020 or yeti this is not too sensitive which is a good thing if it is used in a home environment
However beware of the counterfeit sm58 microphones
You cant get better bang for your buck than a sm58
You cannot go wrong with a sm58

Having used the 58 for years i know the high audio quality its supposed to have but instead this microphone sounds degraded and too bright

Theres a reason the sm58 is probably the mostused mic in the world for live vocals

Whenever you purchase a shure mic make sure to look up how the spot the fraudulent ones
