There is clearly a prod issue on their website which was preventing self-service workflow earlier for account creation and login. After expressing my dissatisfaction with cs, offers to send me an email with better instructions. Just stopped working.

At first sound quality was very bad so i decided to change my xlr cables and the sound was perfect

After a few purchases found out sm48 is good build quality good for my home studio without breaking my bank

Used sm58 for past couple and turn out broken after few dropped

Don’t know how they do it but shove your money in their hand and take off running

Price

Great product at a good price point

Produces a great sound for a disrespectfully small amount of money

Then get the 750 mic that you’ve been looking at

Sounds like it cost 10x more than it did

Competitiveness

Shure is the best brand in microphones

Then looked for something else that doesnt cost too much and could make similar quality sound
