This kimchi has everything - tang, family tradition, freshness, and care. It has a great garlic spicy smell but it is not overall too spicy.
Customer service is exceptional. The kimchi is packaged very well. It doesn't take long to outweigh the original.
Fermentation continues so if you like softer kimchi, just wait a week or two. I transfer it to a glass jar and cover it tight, let it sit at room temp for 10 days. I have a large 1-gallon ball mason jar i keep this in in the fridge.
Cons
No gochugaru flavor. Definately not the ready to eat kimchi. This is way too overpriced.
This product is ridiculously expensive. Incredibly over priced. Complete rip off.

I purchased this at my local walmart and the price is reasonable in my opinion

Yummy stinky but still crisp even after shipping across the country in southern summers heat
I start with the shipping pouch unopened in the frig for about two to three weeks
910 only because as i mentioned before its a bit pricey but thats probably due to the ice packs and shipping costs

The only way youd get a full bag of the 28oz option is if the plastic bag itself was half its size
