Pros & Cons
Pros
The sound is warm and relaxing. The clarity and separation of sound is crazy. It feels less like the sound is coming from speakers right next to your ears and more like you're in a room with the music playing.
The imaging and soundstage is relatively narrow, but actually exists unlike on the hd6xx. Acoustic guitar, male vocals, and instrumentals in general are among my favorite type of music for listening to with the hd600. The hd600 actually let vocals pop... Read More
When playing valorant and any other game where i care about enemy positioning i find the hd600 will always give better direction. At the end of the day, if you do any mixing or editing, thehd600 is well worth the price.
Beautiful sound--absolutely a keeper. It is simply incredible. It's an unreal experience.
They clamp tighter than some other closed/open back headphones, such as the hd599. They are snug so if your sensitive to tightness around your head and ears it might be a problem but they didn't bother me. The comfort is great besides for the rather t... Read More
Cons
Sometimes the finale of an action film has explosive or rumbling sound effects continuously for several minutes. They are boring headphones that sound like a t-shirt thrown over a speaker.
The jacks that connect the cable to the headphone eventually get loose, causing the earpieces to cut out. The user manual says the ear pads can be replaced, but trying to get them back in will cause significant damage to the ear pad. This headphone ha... Read More

Packaging/appearance
Theyre a part of most of audiophile collects i bet and i know quite a fair number of people who either have the hd600 or the hd6xx
And i will also mention that the packaging box is cheap disposable trash
I felt like i couldnt recognize the same sound i had once heard from the hd600
Things just started to sound unclear but after a day to let my mind refresh the hd600 sounded fine as they normally would
Competitiveness
These are a tried and tested design that will last you years unlike many other competitors around this price
Im using it along with a fiio q3 amplifierdac
I dont subscribe headphone purchases based on running out of earpads
I tried dabbling into headphones including hd 6xx hd 660s dt 900 pro x and focal clear
