    One will be replaced this week because it has 1760 bad sectors and 2 disk reconnections 34501 hoursone is still going strong with only 4 bad sectors 34503so based upon my experience it would appear that you can expect to get 34k to 35k hours from these drives

    I really havent heard any noise out of this drive whatsoever so im not sure what other reviewers are experiencing maybe older drives of this same model were built differently
