Ok its one of the most expensive out there but when its 5ml per 200l of water that will do 50 weeks on my 200l tank 35p a water change
Stop wasting yout money on low volume stuff buy this and it will last you ages

If i buy a new item for their tank i soak the said item in water with a few drops of this

Then i came across an article that suggested doing cycle with fish in it to allow all the bacterias to feed and grow
