Pros & Cons
Pros
The product its self is great. Works like a charm! The seachem line of products is a little more expensive than other brands. They do the job right and remember - you get what you pay for.
Mix it before adding it to your tank to avoid cloudiness. Fish seems much happier and more active. Ro/di system may take quite some time to convert a bunch of water.
Cons
Seachem claims to remove chlorine, chloramine and ammonia. High levels of po4 in your aquarium is not what you want because it can and will cause algae blooms beyond your control.
This is the first seachem producet with which i have not been thrilled.

Our water is also moderately hard

So over the course of a week you may find that the buffers in your hard water cause the ph to drop below 7 to ph 6

If you go longer than a week without a water change i would test your water and see what the ph is if its getting too low then mix some of this in a quarter quart or bigger container just mix with your hands or spoon to dissolve the salts that this contains
