This product & brand is a joke from a quality/effectiveness standpoint. Who the heck believes a medical level detailed review of an otc pill?

Amazon refunded me my money once i made a complain. Apparently this is a now a common occurrence with schiff megared, since they have changed suppliers. Returning for refund.
