Pros

Hot tip for prospective buyers and/or other owners. The pan is probably over 15 years old and the majority of it's life was in my hands. I still have the receipt and the box cover that said lifetime warranty.

I have 2 skillets and a sauce pan now and all are outstanding. I also have all-clad, but they do not have a lot of nonstick. The non-stick surface is sturdy, but do avoid excess heating to keep them that way.

They heat quickly, cook evenly, clean easily whether only in a sink or added to a dishwasher. Heavy construction allows them to hold and distribute heat evenly, even on electric ranges.

Cons

The pan is defective with multiple scratches, but no customer support is expected after the purchase. The lifetime warranty is impossible to activate. They are now junk because the warranty is written in such a way as to avoid standing by it.

I guarantee it won't be one of these ever again. Now it is gone and completely useless.
