Just assembled them, very easy to put together. They are nicer looking than the pictures illustrates. Work perfectly for my * yamaha bookshelf speakers.

Need to be about six inch higher

Also not that the speaker do not attach to anything they just sit on the stands so if you have kids you may need to velcro them down
