Pros

Would definitely recommend to anyone tired of lugging a heavy bag around. The briefcase holds a lot of things and helps me organize, too. The bag is very roomy.

The 4 swivel wheels make it easy to navigate. Best feature is all direction rolling which is perfect for turning sideways.

With my old case, going down the aisle of an airplane was miserable, bumping and scraping. It fits under the seat of the plane and wheels/zippers are sturdy and durable. Fit a change of clothes etc no problem.

Cons

To get my laptop in and out of the main compartment, i have to completely unzip the bag. The material around the zipper on the top has no give. When i unzip and open it it falls over no matter what.

The zipper of the main pouch broke after six months. It's a real pain in the behind, especially when i'm just trying to slip in a piece of paper or a folder.

Dislike its too thick deep for some older regional jet overheads

All in all i like the bag and i got it for 80 so that is a plus

I might buy a 2nd now that it isn’t on sale

Cant believe how much the price went up

But i have seen the same briefcase for over 200 at the store so if you really like it i feel is a great deal

Great deal due to crushed box but the spinner was in perfect condition
