It wont do everything anyone wcould possibly want in a carrier and it probably wouldnt last long for street use of use on stairs

If the wd40 other lubricants also should work were applied before the unit is unfolded for the first the initial difficulty in pulling the handle could have been avoided

Press the button on the handle to collapse it down but do not push it all the way down
