Pros

These are very handy and essential if you are intending to mount your camera on a tripod. Needed these to connect a selfie stick to one of the sticky-back flat mounts. Used them for a custom gopro bracket.

The nuts aren't molded in, they're just acorn nuts, but they fit snugly so i don't think they'll fall out. It works as intended and seems sturdy enough for daily use. They fit my frames well and they have the nut on them.

Cons

Gopro hero 8 had a hard time fitting and allowing the screw to go through. In less than a month of use the outside edge cracked and then finally broke.
