It is very accurate and the mobile app tracks your weight and changes. You learn what your percentages are and what each quadrant of your body is.

Most scales give up to a 3 pound difference when i step off and back on again. It is simply inconsistent and this not useful. It says i'm obese and extremely overweight.

Overall this scale comes across as a cheap chinese knock off. The third $30. Do not buy. Not really helpful. This scale is absolute junk.

Information/data isn't exportable which is too bad, but it can sync with google fit. Just installing google fit on an iphone won't sync the data. Not accurrate at all, specially with the body fat.
