I have a 24oz yeti and i mix one 8oz can with 16oz lime seltzer water. All of the flavors are delightful.

Highly recommended. Now the shelf is full all the time. By ordering through amazon in bulk you get them for half the price they sell them at my local grocery store.

The caffeine comes from the guayusa leaf, a plant from south america. The price is proportional to the size so im happy there.

Cons

Bewilders how it obtains high reviews bewilders me. This shipment seems to be an outdated case. Will never buy again.
