Pros
Duck foie gras, entitled rougie, has 2% truffles and is just incredibly delicious. Great on a slice of toasted baguette or in a pinch, even a saltine *. Some rougie are from canada.
Cons
Duck liver---yuk. The flavor is bland. Then can arrived dented.
