Pros

The lid is vented, but secures strongly. Heats to a frenzied boil. There is a mounting piece that slides into your glove compartment. The heating base has an arm that snugs over a lip, kind of like a car hop tray.

Anticipate the need to rig up a better mounting method than suggested in the documentation with the provided bracket. It works as desired so i am happy.

It's very convenient. It is compact and arrived quickly.

Cons

It's ok while it works, heats the water to boil in 20 to 40 minutes. Took about 25-30 to boil water when about half full. That is when the handle came off.

You put some water in the pitcher close and secure it and plus it into the cigarette lighter
