Cons cons are not necessarily against the watch as much as the manual the manual that comes with it explains how to operate the device though it is vague

It does not tell you that in order for the battery to last 7 days the blood pressure monitoring and heart rate needs to be turned off on your phone

It wouldnt charge for me right away but this was my fault as i had it turned the wrong way to charge it
