Good spring. Arrived promptly and just as described. Its a really heavy duty spring.
Takes a lot of the vibration out of the ceiling joists. Saved my townhouse neighbours from losing their minds on me.

However its sad to say that even with attaching the spring and attaching to two studs in my garage i can still see the ceiling pull when im doing uppercutshooks to my waterbag
