The seal is airtight and you can turn it upside down without leakage. Slide bar seals the bags much better than zip lock. Nothing came damaged.

Cons

These are garbage. They’re a pain to get the plastic sealer off. The closure slide is so difficult to get on/off. I find myself opting for the dreaded plastic bag alternative.
