Product sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "reconditioned," "used" or "previously owned" this warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. Thanks for the refund.

It's functional and does the job but its hot, already has two dips in it (not the occupants) and is not square. It is soft and squishy and not supportive. The base structural foam is also softer than i would expect.

It's like sleeping on a plank. It is pretty bad and is giving me nausea. It’s not chemical exactly but smells somewhat toxic.
