Great product, but this capsule form is a waste of money. Stick to the powder form thrown in a drink. It states 90 capsules - this is not 90 servings as it takes 6 per day.

Taking creatine does help me feel more able to do my job by clearing the fog and relieving cognitive impairment
Some of these you have to take so many and so frequently that the bottle only lasts a week

Not gonna say much here as supplements can vary from person to person and most people will know what supplements offer otherwise they would not be buying them or at least will have done their research hopefully on the product

No load up required which i love but it wont work instantly still need some time to build up in the system
