The panel height is 21 and the insulation 24 so i tucked the top and bottom in the panel lips as you see on the pics

They actually fit pretty tight but i ran cord across the middle tucking it under a slit in the center support

To use as an insulated window covering simply use spray adhesive on the reflectix and the back side of your chosen fabric

Cut to size and hot glue a ribbon or double wide bias tape around the edge
