There is a little pocket on the front that would be good for something light that you might be carrying but not for your phone

When i put my phone in the pocket it pulls the whole vest forward which is not comfortable

Easy to attach though if youre using a backpack the back velcros of the vest will attach to your backpack and you will not be able to close the vest
