Pros
Makes the tallest loaves, up to the lid. Although this costs double what regular yeast costs, you only use 3/5 of a package to make a loaf. My hamburger buns are big and fluffy.
The proceeds help me refit a sailboat project. Great yeast, and thanks for the prompt shipping.
